1. After the loading mixer is discharged at the construction site, the feeding hopper, discharging hopper, discharging chute, etc. shall be immediately washed with the hose attached to the mixer, and the sludge and concrete adhered to the vehicle body shall be removed. On the way back to the mixing station, 150-200l water shall be injected into the mixing drum to clean the concrete residue bonded on the wall and blades of the drum.
2. After the completion of daily operation, the driver shall be responsible for injecting clean water into the mixing drum and rotating at high speed (14-18 RPM) for 5-10 minutes, and then discharging the water to ensure the cleanness of the drum. When cleaning each part of mixing drum with high-pressure water, pay attention to avoid instrument and control rod. The distance between the pressure water nozzle and the paint surface of the car body shall not be less than 40 cm.
3. When removing the dirt and residual concrete slag inside and outside the mixing drum, and when the maintenance personnel enter the drum for repair and welding, the car engine should be turned off first to stop the mixing drum rolling completely. During the operation period, the maintenance personnel must ensure that the mixing cylinder is well ventilated, the air is fresh, free of combustible gas and harmful dust, and the oxygen supply is sufficient. When using electric tools in the cylinder, operators must have good insulation protection.
4. During operation, do not put your hand into the rotating mixing drum. Do not put your hand into the joint of main discharge chute and extended discharge chute. Take the initiative to hand in the mixing truck. What should you pay attention to during operation to avoid accidents.
